Draco’s Ethereal Lights offers handcrafted crystal oil lamps, candles, and other crystal goods made with intention, love, and ethically sourced materials. All items are sold as decorative goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2. Orders & Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as offered at checkout.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.

3. Shipping

  • All items are shipped from Houston, TX via USPS or UPS / other.

  • Please allow 5–8 business days for processing before your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated on the listing.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues, customs, or weather events.

4. International Shipping

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • Draco’s Ethereal Lights is not liable for customs delays or fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, or crystal formation. These natural variations are part of the charm of working with earth-sourced materials.

  • Crystal healing is a personal and spiritual practice and should not replace medical advice or treatment.

Draco’s Ethereal Lights is not responsible for any misuse of our products or injury resulting from use. Always use oil lamps, candles, and flame-based products safely and never leave them unattended.
